JOB OVERVIEW

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the grocery store, including all departments, ensuring that all aspects of the store run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves managing staff, inventory, and customer service to create a positive shopping experience for all customers. The Store Manager will also be responsible for implementing sales strategies, maintaining product quality, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
