Your role as a Groom - Club Car Driver will involve providing transportation services to guests within the hotel premises, ensuring their comfort and safety. You will have the opportunity to work closely with guests, building rapport and anticipating their needs. Additionally, you will have the chance to contribute to the welcoming and warm atmosphere that characterizes our hotels. Responsibilities Transport guests efficiently and safely within the hotel premises using club cars. Assist guests with luggage and other belongings as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of club cars, ensuring they are well-stocked with necessary supplies. Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel amenities, locations, and services. Report any vehicle maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department. Adhere to all safety and traffic regulations while operating club cars. Comply with hotel policies and procedures, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and helpful attitude. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues. Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
