Grecotel Hotels & Resorts, the leading hotel chain in Greece, is seeking a Groom to join its team for the 2026 season. As a Groom, you support the Reception department and provide customer services upon their arrival with a friendly, polite approach and assist them with their luggage transfer with care by following the company’s SOPs. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay. Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process. Escort guests to their rooms and familiarize them with the hotel's facilities and services. Assist in delivering guest requests, such as room service or additional amenities. Provide general information about the hotel, local attractions, and activities. Communicate effectively with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve any issues. Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality. Professional appearance and demeanor. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Driver's license is required.
