Position Summary We are looking for a Ground Based Radar Analyst to join our growing team. This role will support Upgraded Early Warning Radar (UEWR), Perimeter Acquisition Radar Attack Characterization System (PARCS), COBRA DANE, and Long-Range Discrimination Radar (LRDR),sensor requirements and capability integration. Provides expertise in the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Spiral Development program for developing and receiving new acquisitions, and integration of new capabilities into an existing and future architecture/enterprise. Provides knowledge and expertise concerning processing AF Form 1067 Modification Proposals for modifying or upgrading operational accepted system capabilities. Responsibilities Duties include, but not limited to: Provides technical evaluations and staffing assistance with USSF policy development to include reviewing, editing, updating and publishing existing and future documents. Provides technical evaluations on Ops Acceptance, and Materiel Fielding Plans for all future capability deliveries. Provides technical analysis and capture relevant notes/issues of activities and proposals for ground-based sensor optimization, integration activities for prime, interim, and back-up operational sites, survivable/endurable ground entities, and communication networks. Knowledge of Emergency Depot Level Maintenance (EDLM), Urgent Depot Level Maintenance (UDLM), Trial Period (TP), Operational Acceptance (OA), and Operational Test (OT) processes to Generate, Present, and Sustain USSF space and Command and Control (C2) forces. Provides GBR functional area expertise to HQ SpOC at Peterson AFB CO Provides oversight, guidance and functional area management for missile warning/missile defense (MW/MD), and Space Domain Awareness (SDA) mission Supports planning, acquisition, fielding and operations Ground Based Radars, specifically Upgraded Early Warning Radars (UEWR) and Long Range Discrimination Radar (LRDR) Qualifications Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Minimum Required Qualifications Clearance: Active DoD Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD TS/SCI Education: Bachelors Degree Years of Experience: 12 years of relevant experience, including 5 years supporting the DoD. Certifications: NA Preferred Qualifications Clearance: Active TS/SCI Education: Master's Degree Years of experience: 10 years of relevant experience, to include 5 years supporting the DoD.
