Job Details Job Location: Legal Address - Grand Prairie, TX Position Type: Part Time Salary Range: Undisclosed Job Shift: Any Description Ground Guides are responsible for maintaining a safe, energetic, and guest-focused environment throughout the park. This role ensures all attractions are operated according to Bolder safety standards while providing exceptional service, high engagement, and consistent cleanliness. Ground Guides are the face of the park and play a key role in delivering memorable experiences to every guest. Qualifications Minimum Requirements Must be 16 years of age or older (or your park’s required age). Ability to stand and move for extended periods (4–8 hours). Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and assist with minor attraction resets. Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Skills & Abilities Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to maintain high energy, enthusiasm, and professional engagement. Capable of enforcing rules confidently and fairly. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment. Strong situational awareness and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and professional during guest interactions. Behavioral Expectations Dependable, punctual, and consistent with attendance. Team-oriented with a positive attitude. Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and adapt quickly. Demonstrates maturity, responsibility, and respect for guests and team members.
