Job Details Job Location: Legal Address - Grand Prairie, TX 75052 Position Type: Part Time Job Shift: Day Ground Guides play a key role in creating a safe, fun, and positive experience for children and families at Bolder Adventure Park. This position focuses on supervising kids during play, enforcing safety rules in a friendly way, and helping children feel comfortable, confident, and excited while participating in attractions. Qualifications Must enjoy working with kids and families at least 16 years of age Friendly, patient, and able to stay calm around excited or emotional children Willing to follow safety rules and help kids follow them too Able to listen to directions and ask questions when unsure Comfortable speaking to kids, parents, and teammates Responsible, dependable, and shows up ready to work Able to work as part of a team and help where needed Willing to learn park rules, safety procedures, and attraction instructions Comfortable working in a loud, active, and fast-paced environment Able to stand and move around for most of the shift Available to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and special events during the weekdays Prior work experience not required — training is provided

Responsibilities
