Join us and be a part of a team that puts people first! EMR is looking for a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Associate to join our team in Camden, NJ. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of outdoor areas across our EMR locations. The pay for this role is $15.49/hr Responsibilities: Remove litter and debris from sidewalks, street gutters, and alleyways to ensure a clean environment. Eliminate graffiti and unwanted posters from light posts, trashcans, and fences on EMR properties. Perform weed abatement to keep all EMR properties looking neat and well-maintained. Report broken infrastructure and graffiti on private properties to the appropriate parties. Submit daily written reports detailing completed tasks and accomplishments. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred. Strong work ethic and ability to perform tasks independently as well as in a team environment. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to handle physically demanding work and outdoor conditions.
