THE ROLE

We transport tons of freight all over the world every year. The great thing is; We do not own any means of transport ourselves. Our professionals connect road transporters, airlines and other links to ensure that our customers’ goods travel all over the world. As a Ground Network Service Agent you coordinate our road transport network. These transporters are constantly on the road for us to collect and deliver goods to customers or our distribution centers. Your tasks in this role include accurately entering data into operational systems and optimizing these processes. Preparing documentation for the planned transports is also part of your duties. You also have contact with the carriers and maintain relationships. All in all, a versatile job!

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

• You are available full-time;
• Open to work in rotating shifts;
• You speak and write fluently in English;
• You have relevant work experience or study background in planning.
