Key Responsibilites Be in charge of the overall status and monitoring of the ESTRACK TTC network. Support routine Ground Segment operations within FOS and participate in mission preparation activities. Be responsible for assessing and resolving anomalies related to the S-Band TTC service and follow up through Anomaly Review Boards. Execute Operational Procedures and special operations requests. Generate and update Operational Procedures under strict configuration control. Support the execution of end-to-end Ground Segment validations. Interface with the Ground Stations and the different teams within the MCT. Participate in and execute Ground Segment-related tasks during LEOP, Commissioning, and End of Mission campaigns. Review FOS and Ground Segment documentation related to the S-Band TTC service. Provide technical input to the Team Coordinator within the required area of responsibility. Skills Fully proficient in Ground Station systems and Ground Segment operations, with proven experience in an operational environment. Experience within the ESOC and Ground Operations environment is a strong asset. Proven experience in anomaly investigation, resolution, and report generation. Proven experience in the preparation and execution of Ground Station and Ground Segment tests. Experience with Earth Observation LEO missions. Experience in creating Operational Procedures. Knowledge of activity logging and reporting. Previous experience supporting LEOP activities will be considered an asset. Basic experience working in a Linux environment. Programming skills and network knowledge will be considered an asset. Previous experience in designing and delivering training will be considered an asset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure, particularly during LEOP.
