Executive Aviation is looking for a Ground Operations Trainer to lead the training program for our Victoria Below the Wing team. Specifically, we are looking for someone to train employees on air carrier and Executive Aviation procedures at our YYJ base. The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a strong knowledge of best practices and the ability to facilitate in class, on-line, and on the job classes, and will also help support the operation as a Ramp Coordinator. This will be a full-time leadership role although coverage on the ramp may be required. The Trainer position will report to the General Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Training experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead by example by creating a positive learning and working environment
• Must have RAIC, AVOP, and a driver’s license and a clean driver abstract
• Ability to travel, with reimbursement
• Ability to work all shifts (nights, weekends etc.)
