Description

Operate, maintain, and support aircraft ground handling activities, including marshalling, de-icing, aircraft detailing, and the use of ground support equipment.
Deliver safe, efficient, and customer-focused passenger, baggage, and cargo services, including check-in, boarding, arrivals, departures, loading, and unloading of aircraft.
Assist passengers and flight crews by coordinating travel-related services, communicating flight information, and supporting customers requiring special assistance.
Complete operational documentation and communications, including manifests, load sheets, passenger records, weather information, and flight-related updates.
Ensure compliance with all safety, security, regulatory, and customer service standards while responding professionally to customer concerns and service disruptions.

Responsibilities

Ensure consistent and superior customer service by maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.
Conduct passenger check-ins for all charter and scheduled flights at the related terminal or base.
Process and track baggage, freight and cargo, including dangerous goods, according to Company procedures.
Handle ground services duties including marshalling, loading and unloading aircraft, de-icing, operating ground vehicles and equipment, grooming and detailing aircraft, etc.
Accept fueling deliveries and deliver fuel into plane, fuel drums, etc.
Perform other duties as required, which may include custodian duties.
