• Professional service for guests before departure, after arrival and during their stay in the lounge to ensure a first-class customer experience.
• Ensuring and verifying compliance with the highest quality standards in aircraft cabins
• Responsibility for managing and maintaining the food and non-food warehouse, including inventory management and quality control.
• Supervision and coordination of the activities of ground handling service providers on the apron to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Apron positioning planning of aircraft according to operational requirements
• Proper handling of flight operations documents such as operational flight plans, NOTAMs, aviation weather reports and mass & balance data
• Assistance with ordering catering, creating menu suggestions, and checking daily flights regarding flight times, passenger numbers, or route changes.

Job requirements

• Completed vocational training and experience in a service-oriented environment
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends, as well as flexible working hours.
• Independent, team-oriented and service-oriented work, as well as resilience and flexibility.
• Valid Class B driving licence
• Good written and spoken English skills and proficient use of MS Office applications
