JOB DESCRIPTION:

Delta Ground Maintenance ltd is looking for a Grounds Maintenance/Winter Maintenance Worker to join our team. The Grounds Maintenance Worker is responsible for the maintenance of all grounds equipment, as well as the upkeep and cleanliness of the exterior building and grounds. This position will work to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the overall experience of their business by maintaining our facilities in the most efficient and timely manner.
Winter Maintenance operating seasonally from November-April. NIGHT SHIFT REQUIRED. Maintaining health and safety standards Gritting footpaths, car parks and private client retail/ business parks. Unsociable hours during these months. Pay is increased accordingly. Reliability and ability to work alone and part of a team is a must.
A candidate with a HGV license CAT C plus is a big advantage
Trailer driving experience preferred

EXPERIENCE:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Full driving Licence
• Trailer driving exsperience
• CSCS card preferred
• Trailer driving experience required
• PA1 and PA6 tickets required
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be able to work independently with little supervision.

  Pay: £12.65-£16.75 per hour

• Perform regular maintenance on company equipment including machines, phones, and other company equipment.
• Keep accurate records of services and logs.
• Perform routine maintenance.
• Communicate with customers and other staff on a daily basis to ensure the success of the business.
• Complete other tasks assigned by Management.
