OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking skilled and reliable Groundworkers to join our civils team across multiple active sites. This role involves a wide range of groundwork activities, including foundations, drainage, ducting, kerbing, and finishing works.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid CSCS Card (essential)
• CPCS or NPORS for Forward Tipping Dumper (preferred)
• CPCS or NPORS for 120 Roller
• Confined Space Training
• EUSR 12345 (preferred)
• Abrasive wheels
• Slinger Signaller
• Banksman
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in groundworks
• Own PPE and basic hand tools
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented approach
• Good understanding of health and safety practices
• Valid UK driver’s licence preferred but not essential

• Install drainage systems and ducting
• Lay kerbs, edgings, and concrete
• Prepare foundations and assist in concrete pours
• Carry out reinstatement and general finishing works
• Interpret and work from site drawings
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Follow Health & Safety regulations at all times
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines
• Report equipment faults or unsafe conditions promptly
