Bede’s Trust requires an experienced and hardworking individual to join the Facilities and Maintenance Team as a Ground Worker.
Working closely with the Lead Ground Worker, the successful candidate will provide an exceptional level of service to Bede’s School Trust by dealing with general, planned and reactive ground worker duties in accordance with specifications, environmental controls, compliance, codes of practice and Health and Safety regulations.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience in path and roadways construction and maintenance, trenching and excavations, brickwork, drainage and water management, general estates boundary and fenced areas, plant and machinery .
It is essential for you to have obtained CITB training with CPCS or an equivalent training qualification.
This is a Permanent, Full Time position, working Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year consisting of 07:30 - 16:30 per day. The position is mainly based at the Senior School with potential travel to the Prep School.
