We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Groundworkers to join our team in Slough. The successful candidate will play a vital role in site preparation and groundwork duties to support construction activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Groundworker
• Valid CSCS card (essential)
• CPCS/NPORS for plant machinery (desirable but not essential)
• Ability to read and interpret site plans
• Good physical fitness and stamina
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

• Digging and backfilling trenches
• Concreting, kerbing, and paving
• Drainage installation and repair
• Laying foundations and footings
• Operating plant machinery (if qualified)
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Supporting other trades on site as required
