EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in groundwork or a related field is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety measures is advantageous.
• Ability to operate basic construction machinery is desirable.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team are essential.
• A valid driving licence may be beneficial for site access but is not mandatory.
