We are growing pretty fast and looking for an experienced Site Manager based in the South-West to look after 2 projects in Devon and Dorset.

  • BPSS Security Clearance (preferred)
  • Enhanced Level 1 Security Clearance (preferred)

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE;

  • Forward planning of activities and material requirements.
  • Working in accordance with RAMS
  • Confirm business plans and create work schedules
  • Ensure business operations are executed safely, productively and to a high standard
  • Provide reliable management information to the business
  • Managing all personnel within the project, including the Site Management
  • Maintaining client, and site team relationships, including consultants and contractors.
  • Successfully managing projects, including finance, planning and client satisfaction

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE ARE;

  • Strong leadership, problem solving and organisational skills
  • SMSTS or SSSTS
  • Live locally or a travelable distance.
  • Groundworks experience
  • I.T. and math’s Literate
