Groundcare Technician – Mobile and Workshop Based

Baggleys Machinery is a trusted and family-run Company looking for a skilled Groundcare Technician to join our mobile service team. If you have mechanical experience and enjoy working independently in the field, this is a great opportunity to join a professional and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities

This role will primarily be Van based and will require the applicant to be proficient in Servicing and Repairs on such as Compact tractor, Lawnmowers, UTV’s, Chippers and a selection of other machinery related to the Groundcare sector. The duties will include:

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults on-site and at customer premises
• Carry out pre-delivery inspections and routine maintenance
• Drive a company van to customer locations across Norfolk and surrounding areas
• Complete job reports and maintain accurate service records
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent the Baggleys brand professionally

Requirements

• Previous experience servicing groundcare, agricultural, or horticultural equipment
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Full UK driving licence (required)
• Good communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently in a mobile role
