Description Marina Grande North is seeking a Full Time Groundkeeper. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our multifamily community, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and visitors. Responsibilities Upkeep of all common areas of the property including interior hallways, exterior grounds, parking lot and pool maintenance Prepare recently vacated apartments for market readiness Respond to service work orders, perform painting and pressure washing duties Changing light bulbs Assist the maintenance team with work orders, moving furniture (trash outs) Expect heavy lifting, changing out toilet flappers Furniture removals Responsible for maintaining peak appearance of the property exterior at all times Requirements Must be able to work FULL TIME Previous experience in maintenance or custodial work is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
