Casual labour to start(30-35 hours a week, T4A) with possibilities of becoming a full time employee after 3-4 months.
We are a 120 unit townhouse complex located in Gordon Head area. We are looking for a helper to join our maintenance team whom has general knowledge of grounds keeping and basic home repair. Prior experience in grounds keeping field is important.
Tasks will include: Grounds keeping, grass cutting, flower bed maintenance, leaf blowing, bush trimming, watering, downspout checks/unclogging, salting sidewalks in the winter months, possible snow shoveling, etc.
Must be able to lift 60 lbs, work inside and outside in all weather conditions. Job requires steel toe footwear. We are a Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5pm work site. Currently looking for 30-35 hours a week, but could be more if the right candidate is hired.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
