As our Grounds and Maintenance Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our resort’s presentation, safety and guest satisfaction. You will:

• Lead & Inspire: Provide daily direction, motivation and support to our grounds and maintenance crew, ensuring everyone’s working together and having fun.
• Team Management: Prepare rosters, allocate tasks and ensure the team receives all the training and development they need to shine.
• Keep It Pristine: Oversee the presentation and safety of all resort assets, gardens, pools, cabins, villas, amenities and facilities.
• Hands-On Help: Don your uniform with pride, jump in to help with minor repairs or guest requests, and always go the extra mile with a smile.
• Collaborate: Attend head of department meetings, liaise with other leaders, and keep communication flowing to ensure smooth resort operations.
• Resourceful Operations: Manage equipment servicing, maintenance schedules and department budgets, always looking for cost-effective solutions.
• Safety First: Maintain a safe environment for staff and guests, championing best practice and compliance.
• Project Ready: Assist with onsite projects, repairs and upgrades – there’s always something new happening at Turtle Sands!
• Pool Perfection: Help the team keep our pools sparkling – ensure cleaning, dosing, water balance and repairs as needed
