What you’ll do As a Grounds & Maintenance all-rounder, you will assist with the following: Keep our resort grounds immaculate—mowing, weeding, pruning, and landscaping like a pro. Lend a hand with minor repairs across cabins, campsites, amenities, and facilities. Dive into pool care—cleaning, dosing, water balancing, and basic repairs. Maintain and clean public areas, ensuring everything’s guest ready. Pitch in on gardening projects, basic mechanical repairs, and a splash of painting. Deliver friendly, incidental customer service—because a helping hand goes a long way! What you’ll bring Experience in grounds and basic maintenance work (trade qualification not required—we love a true all-rounder!). Skills with ride-on and push mowers, pruning, hedging, landscaping, and weed control. Knowledge of safe working procedures and basic hygiene requirements. Ability to work unsupervised and a hands-on, can-do attitude. Hardworking, energetic, and enthusiastic, with a good level of fitness (it’s a physically demanding role!). What’s in it for you?
