We are urgently hiring for Grounds/Cleaning to oversee and upkeep the property. What we offer: 1. Competitive pay 2. Opportunities for Growth and Development Clubhouse Facilities Daily Duties: * Clean bathroom & kitchen, mop floors, and vacuum * Empty trash cans * Dust all furniture and equipment weekly * Clean windows, baseboards, and light fixtures as needed Vacant Apartments: Clean apartments for move-ins as assigned * Clean the kitchen – oven, stove, behind the stove, the burners, vent hood, the refrigerator (inside, outside, behind, and the drip pan), the dishwasher (inside & out). Clean inside and outside all cabinets and drawers. Mop floor. Wipe off all counters and sinks. Clean the light fixture * Clean the bathroom(s) – tub/shower, cabinets, drawers, mirrors, medicine cabinet, light fixtures, sink, the toilet, and the floor * Remove any debris, trash, etc. left in the apartment * Clean the patio/balcony, patio closet, and patio light fixture * Vacuum the carpet * Clean the blinds * Wipe down all switch plates and doorknob * Wipe off the outside of the front door * Record time spent cleaning on the Maintenance Report * Wipe the outside of the front door down & remove any cobwebs * Clean all windows Physical Requirements: * Standing, walking, and/or sitting for extended periods of time * Frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, handling, bending, twisting, and stretching Qualities that are a Must: * Be reliable and able to follow company policy * Have good organizational skills * Have good people skills * Have good time management and prioritization skills * Be courteous and professional at all times A complete background check is required before hire.
