Description JOB SUMMARY: Maintain the back side/track area grounds Requirements GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be 18 years of age Must have a High School diploma/certified GED Must be able to obtain a racing license Must be able to work holidays and weekends LANGUAGE SKILLS: Must be able to effectively communicate in English Must be able to read and write simple lists and tasks QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to work schedule required Must be able to operate grass trimmers, zero turn mowers and stand on mowers 1-2 years’ experience a plus DEMANDS NECESSARY TO COMPLETE ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Must be able to stand for long periods of time Must be able to work in excessive heat Must be able to stoop, bend and reach LAD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE JOB DESCRIPTION AS NEEDED- ADDITIONAL DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
