Responsibilities

The technician will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization at commercial/retail properties by picking up litter, wiping surfaces, changing trash bags, and cleaning dumpster enclosures. Additional duties include building maintenance, driving a company truck, and potentially working on ladders or near retention ponds.
