As we gear up for the upcoming season, we seek a reliable and dynamic individual to join our team as a Grounds Maintenance Account Manager; you will be responsible for managing and growing our client relationships, overseeing the quality of grounds maintenance services, and ensuring the efficient delivery of landscaping services. This is a customer-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership, and a passion for delivering top-tier landscaping solutions. You will play a key part in maintaining and expanding our client base while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or a similar industry, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or account management role.
• Strong understanding of grounds maintenance services, landscape design, and seasonal requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the landscaping industry.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in google Workspace and CRM software.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Landscape Industry Certified (or similar certification) is a plus.
