As a Grounds Maintenance Apprentice, you will be an essential part of our team, working under the guidance of experienced professionals to learn all aspects of groundskeeping and landscape maintenance.

• Your day-to-day tasks will include mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and general upkeep of various outdoor spaces.
• You’ll also learn how to operate a range of machinery and equipment, ensuring our sites remain safe, clean, and visually appealing.
• This apprenticeship is designed for someone who is enthusiastic about working outdoors in all weather conditions and has a keen interest in horticulture, landscaping, or grounds maintenance. It is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, practical skills, and a nationally recognized qualification in the industry.

Desired Skills & Qualities:

• We are looking for candidates who are hardworking, reliable, and willing to learn. You should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided.
• Applicants must not already hold a level 2 in Horticulture/Landscaping
