You'll ideally be able to commit for 6-12 months or longer-term! Are you an experienced Handyperson, with a passion to add value? In this full-time role, you'll be part of a hard working small Team reporting to the Park Manager. Your problem-solving skills and maintenance expertise will be key to keeping our park, cabins, and sites in top condition. This is a hands-on role where you’ll primarily focus on maintaining the park, cabins, and sites, while also assisting in areas such as reception and housekeeping during peak periods. You'll have flexibility to work shifts across a 7-day rotating roster and on weekends and public holidays as required. What you’ll do: Incidental maintenance repairs in rooms, amenities and other facilities. Assist with building projects, major repairs, renovations, mechanical repairs - painting, basic plumbing or replacing hardware. Maintenance of grounds and gardens Pool cleaning and maintenance Willingness to assist in reception and housekeeping during peak times What you’ll bring: A reputation for providing excellent customer service, engaging in great conversations with our guests Good time management and an eye for detail An ability to follow direction related to daily tasks and expectations Demonstrable experience in property maintenance. Plumbing or electrical trades/certificates is a plus! Experience with power tools The ability to work under pressure Knowledge and understanding of safe working procedures Have an ability to work unsupervised with a "hands on" work history Be hardworking, energetic, enthusiastic and possess a reasonable level of fitness What’s in it for you?
