Job Description Do you have a positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a hardworking Grounds and Maintenance team? NRMA Batemans Bay Beach Resort is seeking a casual Grounds and Maintenance Attendant. Your maintenance skills and problem-solving ability will keep our park, cabins, and sites in top condition. You'll have flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays. This role is offering approximately 20-30 hours per week, varying during peak summer season. What you will do: Ensure premium presentation and maintenance of our grounds. Incidental customer service assistance with minor maintenance repairs across our caravan and camping sites, cabins, amenities and other facilities. Servicing pool, repairs and maintenance as required Assist with gardening projects, basic mechanical repairs and painting. Liaise with other departments to ensure the efficient completion of maintenance tasks What you will bring: Experience in grounds and basic maintenance work. Trade qualification would be a bonus but not necessary - we are looking for a genuine all-rounder. Previous experience with ride on & push mowers, pruning, hedging, landscaping and weed control would be ideal Knowledge and understanding of basic hygiene requirements and safe working procedures. Have an ability to work unsupervised with a "hands on" work history. Be hardworking, energetic, enthusiastic and possess a high level of physical fitness.
