Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining outdoor areas to ensure they are clean, safe, and well-kept. Duties Include: Mowing grass using commercial mowers Weed eating and edging around buildings, fences, and walkways Picking up trash and debris from grounds Operating tractors and other landscaping equipment Basic maintenance of equipment (fueling, cleaning, routine checks) Assisting with additional outdoor maintenance tasks as needed Requirements Qualifications: Experience operating mowers, weed eaters, and tractors preferred Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs Strong work ethic and reliability Valid driver’s license (if required)

Responsibilities
