Part of Lutheran Services, Cooinda Aged Care service in Gympie is community-focused and committed to providing compassionate and high-quality care to our residents. Cooinda is set against a beautiful country setting on 25 acres, nestled amongst bushland and surrounded by native wildlife.

In this hands-on role, you’ll manage the day-to-day maintenance of buildings, gardens, and grounds, ensuring everything is safe, tidy, and well-kept.

Key responsibilities include:

• General maintenance and upkeep of lawns, gardens, and common areas
• Performing scheduled preventative maintenance and external cleaning
• Identifying and reporting new risks while working to minimise existing ones.
• Undertaking administrative tasks related to maintenance operations.
• Managing external contractors and minor building projects
• Using equipment and materials safely and responsibly
• Your work will help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
