We are looking for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative at £25,396.80 p.a. plus monthly bonus scheme. Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week March to October and 30 hours per week November to February. Job requires travel between various sites in line with daily work schedule.

1. Ability to obtain Enhanced DBS Clearance – ESSENTIAL.
2. Practical experience of undertaking grounds maintenance tasks preferable.
3. Current clean driving licence – ESSENTIAL.
4. Good Communication skills with management, site users and colleagues.
5. Ability to work flexibly as part of a team.
