As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the outdoor areas we manage are safe, clean, and visually appealing for our clients, supporting us to be excellent at everything we do.

• Performing routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
• Planting flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the beauty for client sites
• Applying fertilizers and pesticides in accordance with safety guidelines
• Removing litter and debris to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment
• Operating and maintaining groundskeeping equipment and tools
• Collaborating with team members to prioritise tasks and meet client deadlines
• Upholding our commitment to sustainability and adding value to client sites by recommending enhancements such as Bee hives, Bird Boxes and other ESG initiatives
