Great opportunity to work for UK Landscapes Ltd as Regional Manager for the SW. You will ideally be based in Bristol as the role is remote with travel to sites and ad hoc visits to our HQ in Cheshire. If you are an experienced manager in the commercial ground’s maintenance sector, we would love to hear from you. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal, communication and IT skills who has managed their own P&L. You will need a good knowledge of finance and be commercially astute. We are a fast-paced PE backed Company with ambitious plans for growth so need someone who thrives in this type of business. We can offer a rewarding role where you will be expected to ensure we continue to provide a first-class service to all our customers. You will be supported by a support network, and each team has a team leader responsible for the day to day running of the site visits. In addition, you will have a Key Account Manager in HQ to provide support with clients. Opportunities for progression may arise along with training and development. We have a strong record of promoting people internally with many of our staff moving into management and more senior positions. IOSH Managing Safety qualification would be desirable.

With more than 25 years’ experience UK Landscapes delivers a high-quality service with high tech. support providing operational visibility to both the company and its clients.

The ideal candidate will clearly demonstrate a management level successful track record in delivering green services, facilities management or similar to commercial clients, including private and or public organisations. Delivery of outcomes to budget and client specification within the agreed resource plan are also key components to the role.
Underpinning all the above the successful candidate will also be an inspiring and credible people manager able to ensure best practice and high outputs whilst working in accordance with Company’s compliance standards which include ISO9001, 14001, 45001 and quality environmental and health and safety accreditations.
