Description B&A Property Maintenance is looking for an experience Grounds Maintenance Superintendent to lead crews, keep projects running smoothly, and deliver high-quality outdoor spaces our clients love. Passionate about the green industry and performing hands-on outdoor maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and plantings. Lead and Serve with humility, and accountability. Operate and oversee the safe use of assets, equipment and tools. Communicate upstream and downstream effectively. Accurately complete and submit timesheets, plus submit receipts to office for purchases. Ability to navigate email and software for various job and fleet tracking purposes. Job Type: Full-time Pay Rate: From $18/hr Benefits: Paid time off (PTO) Five (5) paid holidays annually Dental, vision, and supplemental insurance options available at the employee’s expense 401(k) retirement plan with company match (following 1 year of employment) Schedule: Monday to Friday (weekends as needed) Experience: Grounds maintenance: 3 years (Required) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute: 4 Lost Branch Ln, Greenbrier, AR (Required) Work Location: In person Requirements Previous industry experience in grounds maintenance (minimum 3 years required) Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Prior leadership or minimum foreman experience Strong time management and problem-solving skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to navigate email and job tracking software Ability to both Lead and Follow with humility and ambition.
