Ahead of our grand reopening in Q1 2027, we’re looking for a skilled full-time Grounds & Maintenance Supervisor to lead the upkeep of our facilities, gardens, and equipment, ensuring guests enjoy a safe and beautifully maintained environment. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll supervise and support the Grounds & Maintenance team while carrying out a variety of maintenance and gardening tasks. What will you be doing? Lead and train the Grounds & Maintenance team, ensuring all tasks are completed to RAC standards. Carry out general maintenance, repairs, and renovation works across resort facilities. Maintain lawns, gardens, pools, and outdoor areas to a high standard. Service and maintain tools, machinery, and equipment. Ensure compliance with WHS and safe handling of chemicals. Respond to guest maintenance requests and escalate where required. Manage stock, equipment orders, and records. What are we looking for in you? Certificate III in Horticulture, Caravan Park Operations, or a trade qualification (mechanical, electrical, etc.) desirable. Proven experience in grounds and maintenance operations. Strong practical skills across gardening, repairs, and equipment upkeep. Ability to supervise, train, and motivate a team. Knowledge of WHS and safe work practices.
