What you'll be doing; Staff management (absence management, investigations, disciplinaries, performance) Manage and deliver on ground maintenance operations. Manage and coordinate, with SMBC services Support health and wellbeing initiatives Represent the company at local authority and resident meetings Deliver employee inductions and maintain training records Oversee and maintain vehicle and equipment compliance Help manage transfer station and depot compliance Conduct crew inspections and monitor contract work What we're looking for; Essential Full UK driving licence Experience with grounds maintenance equipment and machinery Strong interpersonal skills Knowledge of environmental legislation Experience in disciplinary investigations and absence monitoring Computer literacy Desirable Experience in grounds maintenance contracts. Horticultural qualification or equivalent practical experience (preferred) PA1 & PA6 Certification IOSH managing safety certification Accident investigation experience (advantageous) What’s next? Responsibilities

The Grounds Maintenance Supervisor will manage staff and deliver ground maintenance operations while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. They will also represent the company at local authority meetings and oversee training and equipment compliance.
