T&W Flea Market is searching for highly-motivated, self-starters, team oriented and energetic Grounds Maintenance Techs to join our family. This position is responsible for providing support to site services by being able to operate heavy equipment and power tools; these include riding mowers, power drills, paint machines, forklifts, etc. This is a Full-Time Weekend (Saturday and Sunday 7am-5pm). Duties • Janitorial Work • Landscaping • Operates weed-eaters, mowers, leaf blowers • Picks up trash around the market lot, food stands and parking area. • Provides support for events. • Assists in all areas of the operations department. • Ability to lift at least 30lbs. • Responds to table requests via radio. • Delivers tables to vendors in designated areas. • Performs other duties as assigned. Experience: * 1 year or more preferred Physical Requirements: * Ability to stand, walk, bend, crawl, climb, reach overhead, crouch, kneel, balance, push, pull and safely lift and carry tools and heavy weighing materials.
