Description We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Worker to help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of our property. This role involves a variety of outdoor tasks including landscaping, minor repairs, and general upkeep. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work and can perform physical tasks in a safe and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities Perform weed eating, mowing, and general lawn care Maintain gardens, including planting, watering, and removing weeds Pick up trash and debris to keep grounds clean and presentable Perform basic repairs and maintenance as needed (e.g., minor fixes, painting, etc.) Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment Assist with seasonal tasks such as leaf removal and other upkeep Follow safety procedures and report any hazards or needed repairs Requirements Job Requirements Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, standing, and working outdoors for extended periods Comfortable working in various weather conditions Basic knowledge of landscaping and groundskeeping preferred, but not required Ability to safely use hand tools and power equipment (training provided if needed) Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and follow instructions
