Description GSF Properties Inc. is seeking a Grounds Technician / Maintenance Technician I in Firebaugh, CA—join a dynamic property management team! In this role, you will primarily focus on maintaining the property’s grounds, ensuring cleanliness, janitorial upkeep, and strong curb appeal for this newly developed community. Responsibilities include debris removal and maintaining outdoor areas such as walkways, parking lots, and common spaces in a clean and presentable condition. You will also assist with light maintenance duties, including unit turns, touch-ups, and warranty-related replacements, helping maintain the property to high standards and in alignment with ownership expectations.
