As our Grounds Technician, you will provide high quality service to our residents, joining a team of outstanding team members with a commitment to excellence. You will hold yourself to a high set of standards, demonstrate a positive, service-minded demeanor, and successfully manage multiple shifting priorities. You will be responsible for the routine maintenance of the physical integrity of the community, including daily pickup of grounds, ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Summary of responsibilities: General Maintenance Physically walks the property on a frequent basis and removes litter, debris and pet droppings from the common grounds. Community/Welcome Center Pond area Recreation areas Grounds adjacent to the roads Walkways to and from, and in-between buildings Parking lots and drives Performs “trash-out” duties at vacated units, as needed.
