Location: Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living Join our team as a Grounds Worker II, where you will help maintain all exterior areas of the community, ensuring a beautiful and safe environment for our residents. Compensation: commensurate for experience between $17.00 - $18.00 hourly. How you will make an impact Maintenance of all lawns, trees, gardens and shrubbery Upkeep of all exterior areas; including trash removal, weeding, pet stations, dog runs, fencing, etc. Installation and maintenance of exterior signs Assistance to residents with gardening Assistance in the snow removal of the community Assistance in the maintenance of all associated equipment Identification of Horticultural related problems and treatment recommendations What you will need Minimum of 3 years of landscaping or grounds experience Valid driver’s license is required if operating Community vehicles Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds May be required to work a non-standard schedule. In addition, maybe assigned an on-call schedule as needed. May be required to attend a Horticulture program Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
