Job Title: Maintenance Worker

REQUIREMENTS

· Experience with carpentry
· Experience with plumbing
· Minimum 2 years’ experience with electrical (120/240 volt)

· Experience in welding an asset

• Previous experience in a similar maintenance role
• Carpentry experience required
• Experience with hand tools
• Experience with electric tools
• Must have a valid G license
• Valid First Aid and CPR Certification (asset)
• Ability to swim and tread water for two minutes (asset)
• Must possess necessary tools and toolbox
• Strong customer service, communication, and computer skills
• Meticulous, accurate, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with ability to work independently
• Able to work flexible hours
