This position is full-time position and we offer a great benefits package! Groundskeeper, Full-time Duties include: * Grounds maintenance and upkeep to maintain a clean environment and community * Several tasks including: 1. Clean up of trash and debris for property, breezeways and common areas 2. Power Washing 3. Brush removal 4. Check exterior lighting 5. Check pool and maintain a clean clubhouse 6. Notify maintenance technicians of any needed repairs * Other duties as necessary * Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm Requirements: * High School Diploma or G.E.D. * Positive attitude and willingness to help * Focus and attention to great customer service * Good communication and time management skills * Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally * Valid driver’s license and own transportation throughout work day required * Must be drug free and maintain a clean appearance * Must be felony free * Preferred: previous Groundskeeping experience Excellent Pay & Benefits: * Full benefit package available after 30 days! Responsibilities

Maintain a clean community environment through trash removal, power washing, and brush removal. Monitor exterior lighting and pool areas while notifying technicians of necessary repairs.
