This position is responsible for the physical condition of the property and grounds, as well as installation of plant material on the community grounds. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Maintaining the physical condition of common areas and grounds to ensure a clean, debris-free, and top-quality environment * Assisting service team with requests to ensure service requests are handled in a timely manner * Complies with company safety policy at all times * Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle to perform job duties.
