This position is responsible for the physical condition of the property and grounds, as well as installation of plant material on the community grounds. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Maintaining the physical condition of common areas and grounds to ensure a clean, debris-free, and top-quality environment * Assisting service team with requests to ensure service requests are handled in a timely manner * Complies with company safety policy at all times * Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle to perform job duties. Responsibilities

The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the property and grounds, including the installation of plant materials. They also assist the service team with requests and ensure all tasks are completed in a clean and timely manner.
