The Groundskeeper will also regularly communicate with all necessary Company employees, outside vendors and other individuals as deemed necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the position. Key Job Duties and Responsibilities Polices grounds as first task daily and throughout day, as needed Completes grounds work as needed Plants, prunes, weeds, seeds or removes foliage, shrubs, trees or grasses or other grounds work Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready. Assist maintenance team with snow removal (If applicable). Responsibilities
