Groundskeeper Do you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in creating picturesque surroundings? Are you passionate about making a visible impact on the world around you? As a Groundskeeper at Flaherty & Collins Properties, you’ll be the steward of our community’s outdoor spaces, ensuring they always look their best and feel welcoming to residents and guests alike. What You'll Do: Maintain the landscaping and overall appearance of the property’s outdoor areas, including lawns, flower beds, walkways, and recreational spaces. Perform regular tasks such as mowing, trimming, weeding, planting, and watering. Keep outdoor areas clean and free of debris, including trash pickup and snow removal as needed. Monitor and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper operation. Assist with seasonal landscaping projects, such as planting flowers in the spring or leaf removal in the fall. Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, ensuring tools are in good working condition. Support the maintenance team with special projects or tasks as requested. What Makes You a Great Fit: You enjoy working outdoors and have experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or a similar role. You have a keen eye for detail and take pride in creating beautiful, well-maintained spaces. You’re self-motivated and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision. You’re dependable and adaptable, ready to tackle tasks as priorities shift. You’re comfortable using landscaping tools and equipment and can follow safety protocols. Physical work doesn’t faze you, and you’re ready to handle tasks that require lifting, bending, and working in various weather conditions.
