Description Job Summary: A Groundskeeper works with the District Manager and store teams to ensure upkeep and appearance of West Coast Self-Storage properties according to clean and operational standards. This role involves performing various landscaping and maintenance duties for multiple properties to keep them functional, clean, and free from debris. This is an outdoor and labor-intensive job. It includes the use of tools, hardware, chemicals, and other items to complete the required work. Schedule: Mon-Fri (Off Sat/Sun), Full-Time. 9:45am-6:15pm. Location Details: This team member will be expected to support two additional locations, Randall Way & Viking. Locations are within 8 miles of each other. Benefits: $18.50/hr.
